JOB DESCRIPTION
To create CVM product offers in timely manner
To support CVM ability to execute & learn campaigns
To execute CVM campaigns and Go to Market end to end
To manage CVM Campaign Management System
To act as a conduit between CVM and IT
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Statistics, Management, or Business related degree
Expert level in using campaign management solution such as SAS MA, Experian, Unica, TCRM, RO, Convergys, BLS, etc
Expert level in providing seamless and scalable solution
Advance level in product development in fast pace environment
Experience in CVM/CRM integration with customer touch points
Advanced level in understanding CVM concept
Expert level in SQL
Positive and flexible working attitude
Advanced level in project management
Advanced level in presentation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Ability to challenge, persuade and be a change agent
Understand Customer Value Management or Customer Lifecycle Management
Good knowledge of database and expert in campaign management system
Experience in integrating campaign system with customer touch points, USSD, Inbound IVR, Siebel, Contact Centre, Instant (self-serve tool), landing page, etc
Good reporting skills and programming skills (SQL)
Experience in campaign execution and operations
Understand customer contact management
Understand the importance fast GTM as part of CVM
Understand Marketing
Have used at least 2 campaign management systems
Experience in working with a large data set
Manage at least 2 people in the past
